GuangheAIGuanghe AI Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the Guanghe AI website and related services. The Service is for contracted customers; end-user account data is provided by those customers. This Policy also covers processing of those end users’ personal information.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account information
To create and deliver accounts we process information provided by the contracting customer: name, email, organization (if any). On first login we record your confirmation of being 18+ and agreement to the Terms and this Policy.
2.2 Service-use information
- Prompts you enter, reference images you upload, and videos generated;
- Generation history, credit balance, and consumption;
- Review records and content IDs (statutory retention);
- Login logs, IP address, browser type, and similar device/access data needed for security.
2.3 What we do not collect
Real-face uploads are prohibited. We do not collect face biometric data and do not offer face-swap or voice clone.
3. Purposes of use
- Provide video generation, preview, download, and credit management;
- Meet content-safety duties: review inputs/outputs, apply AI labels, retain logs;
- Protect service and account security and prevent abuse;
- Handle complaints, reports, and inquiries;
- Other obligations required by law.
We commit: your inputs are never used to train, optimize, or fine-tune any AI model.
4. Processors and disclosure
As needed to deliver the Service, we share the minimum necessary data with processors under contract:

Except as above or required by law/regulators, we do not provide your personal information to unrelated third parties. In merger, split, or dissolution, successors must remain bound by this Policy.
5. Storage and security
- Location: Personal information is stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China;
- Retention: Account data until deletion; generation logs (account, prompt, review result, content ID links) retained at least six months as required; beyond necessity, data is deleted or anonymized;
- Security: Site-wide HTTPS, encrypted storage, least-privilege access and audit, encrypted API key management.
If a personal-information security incident occurs, we will notify you and report to authorities as required by law.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the following via account settings or by contacting us:
- Access and copy your personal information and generation history;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information (except logs subject to statutory retention);
- Delete account: available in settings; we then delete or anonymize as required;
- Withdraw consent: does not affect processing lawfully done before withdrawal.
We respond within 15 business days.
7. Minors
The Service is only for users 18+. It is not offered to minors. If we learn we collected a minor’s personal information without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.
8. Cookies and similar tech
We use cookies only as needed for login session and security—not for ad tracking. You may control cookies in the browser; login may then fail.
9. Policy updates
We may revise this Policy; updates appear here with a new date. Material changes may be notified in-product or by email.
